Orders
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently we only ship domestic but maybe in future. Domestic packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O/APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
Can I only purchase products through the website?
Black Bunny Skincare is only available on www.blackbunnyskin.com
How much is shipping?
Shipping & Handling charges are pre-determined by UPS and USPS in the checkout based on your location. I have no control over shipping prices unfortunately.
How long before I can receive my order?
The processing time for orders is 72 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday). Due to Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Black Bunny Skincare is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by local mail internal issues, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped.
What carrier do you use?
Black Bunny Skincare ships domestic via UPS Ground and USPS for Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to P.O/APO/FPO?
Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped to.
Can I change my order?
Please contact blackbunnyskin@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you contact us within 24 hours since order has been placed. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped then unfortunately the order can not be undone or cancelled.
Can I return my order?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Black Bunny Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Can I exchange my product?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.
How can I check the status of my order?
Please login to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
Why was I charged twice?
You will only be charged for what you purchased, if you see duplicated charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send an email to blackbunnyskincare@gmail.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at blackbunnyskincare@gmail.com with your inquiry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, Afterpay.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours receiving the order, at blackbunnyskincare@gmail.com. Please provide us with your order number along with some photos of the damaged products use subject "damaged" for email.
I received incorrect items what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
What's your return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Black Bunny Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
Refused deliveries will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. All sales are final.
My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what should I do?
Packages can only be considered lost if there's no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send us an email to blackbunnyskincare@gmail.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.
I put in the wrong address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Black Bunny Skincare will not be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer. If you see yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at blackbunnyskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours since order was placed with subject "emergency".

Do I have to setup an account to place an order?
No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking the person icon in the header and clicking " create new account".
How do I subscribe or cancel my email subscriptions?
You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting blackbunnyskin.com and scrolling down on the homepage to the footer. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can scroll all the way on one your emails and click the "unsubscribe" link within the email subscription.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, go to https://blackbunnyskin.com/account/login and click on "Forgot your password?" above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address you used to create your account. Once you've done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://blackbunnyskin.com/account/login

Where are your products manufactured?
Our formulas are made in the USA, with globally sourced.
Are your products natural?
Our skin care products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, talc-free, cruelty-free and vegan. Some products are gluten-free but not all please read description of products since it will be labeled there. Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, however, are not certified all-natural or organic.
Are your products vegan?
Yes.
Does your products contain parabens or sulfates?
No.
Do you test products on animals?
No! Never!
Are your products safe to use for all skin types?
Yes but If you have a retinal allergy or have sensitivity to retinal please be careful. All products will be labeled on product page.
